We were in need of emergency service for a full tank ( on a Sunday). The gentleman we spoke to on the phone was very courteous, and when Cross showed up he got right to work. He explained what he was going to do before he began shoveling down to the tank”s caps. He worked on the tank even after dark until it was complete. Thank you for the great service!

Our drains had started backing up and we called Alabama Septic Tank Services to come check it out. They were very professional and showed up within a couple of hours after I called them. Our tank had not been inspected in over 30 years so I had them to go ahead and dig it up, clean it out and install a 24 inch clean out portal. They did all this in one day. They even cleaned up the yard, swept the driveway and restacked some landscaping blocks they had moved. Devin and his crew were outstanding and we will definitely use them again.

While asking around about who to use for a septic system percolation (perk) test, I was referred to Alabama Septic Tank Services, I’m very glad I called them. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain what a perk test is, how it would be carried out, and what to expect, so I clearly understood the entire process. The gentleman who came out to dig the two test pits was also very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He made sure I understood what was happening and was patient in answering my questions. They are prompt, professional, they will avtually call you back, and they do exactly what they say they will do. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing septic system services!

Luke and Levi were Super polite, knowledgeable, and hardworking. They came out the same day I called and got the job done for us in a very professional manner. I inherited my mother’s house and it had sat vacant for 3 years. The septic tank hadn’t been maintained and needed to be pumped out. Levi came out and took the lid off and saw roots and dirt and vines had been growing in the septic tank for 20 years ( last time it was cleaned ). He took off the 4 old little lids and put on 2 new lids with plastic manholes for access so no more digging the tank up. He replaced the line from the house to the tank with a bigger line and put a clean out on it which it never had before from 1972 , he cleaned both sides of the tank getting rid of all of the roots by digging them out with his back hoe. He also replaced the line going out to the field lines as it was clogged too. Now everything is working right and will last my lifetime. The 2 plastic man hole covers have extenders them so now they are at ground level and any future service can be done by undoing a few screws. No big expensive equipment needed. Levi was a master at the controls and the area looks better than it was before. We are very happy.

Trent was very polite, well informed about the work needed to be done, if anything came up he informed us of the situation let us know what needed to be done. We appreciate his great work ethic and his getting all accomplished on short notice.

Needed a very overdue septic tank pump/clean out. Set the appointment with Shawn after a web search and Google star review check that we all do. He was very honest with what the costs may be after I explained what that my tank had never had a clean-out. Shawn called me the day prior and confirmed they would be here between 8&9am. (I had to take a day off of work so this was hugely important that they be here.) They showed up shortly after 8 as promised. They not only sucked the solids out, but they sprayed the inside of the tank with fresh water and made sure any hard solids were removed. Then, they ran water and checked the drain field lines and insured that they weren't compromised with solids. This job wasn't inexpensive but you get what you pay for. BTY the professionalism of the techs, Mathew 'Matt" and 'E" were "par none". I'm very pleased with their service. I am a happy customer.

This company is a true blessing for someone like me. Their work is excellent. They go above and beyond what is needed. I will continue to use them for any services that I need in the future. Their rates are good and the employees are excellent. This business wants to do the job right the first time but stands behind their work if need be. Precision Services came out and installed me a 1000 gallon septic tank because my tank was in terrible condition. We worked out a great deal and I was able to get my septic tank in within the next two days. Great company.

They were very professional and got the job done in a timely manner. We called at noon with a emergency and they had a whole new pipe in by 4 that afternoon.

Over all they did a good job! Devin explained what he was doing. We had septic smell in our shower. Once they pumped the tank, smell was gone.
